Selin Yeninci
Selin Yeninci is an award-winning Turkish actress and producer recognized for her powerful performances across film, television, and digital platforms. A graduate of Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Fine Arts, she has become one of the most distinctive voices in contemporary Turkish acting.
She gained international acclaim for her leading role in ‘Bitter Lands’ which has been sold to over 100 countries worldwide, and starred in the 2025 Netflix production ‘Letters From The Past’. Her work also includes acclaimed films such as Burning Days and The Flying Meatball Maker, both featured in prestigious festivals like Cannes, Rotterdam, and Montpellier Film Festival. She attended the El Gouna Film Festival, Egypt’s most prestigious film festival, as an honorary guest at 2025.
As the founder of SY Pictures, Yeninci develops original content focused on women’s stories and social transformation. In 2025, she became the first Turkish actress-producer to serve as a jury member at the International Emmy® Awards, and also served on the Sir Peter Ustinov Television Scriptwriting Award Jury. She is a jury of Sir Peter Ustinov Script Awards and the European Film Academy.
